C200, inquire about order workshop key(yellow key)

this is my first time coming here, and very happycoming here. I have a question to ask tech master here. I would sincerely appriciate your help.

modle:C200, VIN:WDD204041......

customer lost his key(1sttrack), order a new one. now the key is on the way.considering safty, customer ask dealer technician disable the key track 1 in EIS. but unfortunately, technician make a mistake, he disabled key track2, so 2nd key non-function now.
so I would like to know, whether the techician can order a workshop key seperately, with which enable the key track 2 of EIS? Or is there any other method to recover key track 2 in EIS? Otherwise, the EIS has to be replaced. I would like to inquire the optimum way to solve this problem.

I have only heard, "keys can be disabled permanently" but can not be re-enabled with the software. A replacement key, wipes the origional, whereas a additional assigns the next available code.
