BRAKE SYSTEM
 

I have 2006 mercedes E350 , it gave me a message (BRAKE brake service) , i changed the front and rear brake pads and rotors, but still have the same message, please if any one can help me to reset it to take that message out

Did you replace the sensors?

The sensors are intentionally damaged when the pads are in need of replacement. Basically the rotor cuts the sensor wire.
Low cost. Easy to replace. How come you didn't notice that the sensor was worn thru when you replaced the pads?

Warning automatically disappears as the connection is remade by fitting a new sensor wire loop.
