Black smoke
 

Black sooty smoke from the tailpipe... Smells like its running rich but its fuel injected Any Ideas

Cat ?
Oxygen Sensor?
Plugs ?

Any suggestions would be great ...

Not a good sign, that's for sure. But I bet that your oxygen sensors and cat. conv. is shot, but I don't think they are the cause of the problem.

Sounds like a valve job needed. My '90 560sel was using oil very badly due to worn valve seals. The valve job did the trick. Expect to pay around $4000 for a good mechanic. Make sure you get a mechanic who knows what they are doing. I had to have the intake manifold re-sealed due to poor workmanship.
