Automatic Windows via remote
 

I am new to the site..... and plan on visiting frequently. I just recently experienced an issue on my '99 S420with the automatic windows (all open) feature when using the remote. It was only opening the front driver and rear passenger window. Now it does nothing.... The feature only works with the key in the door and only opens the driver window. On the close if the window or the moon roof are open all will close except the rear passenger....... Anyone experience this? I am told through the garage I go to that it may have something to do with the convienent relay????

Is there a separate relay for the down feature? All the windows now close when the lock button is pushed on the remote, but they will not go down when unlocked...... I have tried to reset all the windows and no luck. Ihave triedunlocking from both sides of the car too. Where is the relay located, is it a relay? Anyone experienced this issue? I have searched throughout the posts and can not locate one covering this issue.
