Apple CarPlay for 2007 GL450
 

Looking for suggestions and info on aftermarket Apple CarPlay systems to be installed in my 2007 GL450. Would be a plus if the system also supported Android Auto (husband has an android phone). Can't find anything specific to model or availability online and want to make sure there is a system that is compatible with my model and year. Thanks for any input!
