About my CLK 500 Please help!
 

Hello.. I bought 2003 CLK 500 ( new body style ) just 1 month ago. in New Jersey
I have some problmes with my car.. I am not sure if it is problem or not.. It has currently 30k miles on it
I can't go to dealership, because i sent the car to my brother in different country which the warranty does not cover.. The cost will be little expensive.

1. When the car is stopped. When I change my transmission. (P-R-N-D) When I shift it to P ->R->N->D .. I feel the car is shaking ( i can feel it is changing gears) I opened up the hood, and told my frined to shift transmissions P R N D.. I could see the engine is little shaking when it is changing. Does it mean I need to change my engine mount? or my transmission has problem?



2. It was parked for 5 hours, and when I turned on the engine, Check engine light came on. After few hours of driving (SRS light came on) Although, the check engine ligit is on, i can't see any difference for performance of the car. Can anyone recommand the scannder? so I can use it ....

3. Also, the brake always makes sound.. Is it normal?
