Default 92' 300E rough starts

the first start of the morning on my 92' 300E is always rough it fires up but it idles rough and feels like its missing one one cylinder for about 5 to 10 seconds but after that it will be fine for the rest of the drive in to work/school and ive been reviewing other people with slightlly similar problems on the forms and i believe in my amature opinion a good place to start would be the OVP relay / or ignition coil starting to go bad? its not a problem enough that it prevents me from getting where i need to go but i would just rather take care of it sooner rather then latter before it does become a major problem any imput would be greatly appriciated
Thanks Joe

Because it smooths out after 5-10 seconds, tells me it could be a leaky injector. You can test how each injector atomizes or sprays by removing each injector and pressing gently on the air meter (round flap under rubber air boot on CIS Injection Unit) Do this with the ignition in pos1. There should be a fine spray with an appox. 45 degree angle. There should be NO dripping and shut off completely when you release the air meter door. Since there are metal hard line running to each injector, you may have to bend the hard line out of the way in order to remove each injector. Connect injector to hard line, place end of injector in a cup and repeat for each injector. FYI Recommended fuel is Premium Unleaded.
