85 190e turn signal problem
 

My neighbor asked me to help her with her MB turn signal issues. I have never been around an MB before, so I am hoping someone here can help.
Her turn signals do not work. I put in a fresh fuse, but when you try to actuate the turn signal, a buzzing noise starts that appears to be around the fuse panel somewhere, and the turn signals do not work.
The flashers work fine, as do the windshield wipers, washer pump, and break lights.
Any ideas?

Make sure the hazard switch is snapped back into position. Rock it back and forth a few times.

couldn't it be that the bulb is busted?

the noise from that area can only be from combination relay for turn signal. can it be faulty? corroded?
