380SL problem shifting

I have an 1985 380SL with auto transmission. It was running fine and then the next time i cranked it. It has a hard time shifting. It will start out fine and get up to speed. Then, when I brake and start out again at a stop sign, it really lugs. If i go back down to 5 mph and coax it up, it will eventually shift up and run fine

also it seems that at the same time the A/C will not start up immediately but seem to take a minute to start

722.3?

seems the shift delay solenoid got power all the time or the oil passage is always open.

on a/c, it must start immediately. maybe blower regulator?
