Default 300E stalling sometimes

hi, my son has a 1989 300E sedan, and during the last weeks it stalls. After a while it will start. We have changed air filter, fuel filter, spark plugs and it still does it. I am guessing that it can it be electrical or the fuel pump? any suggestions? Thanks in advance, Jose [X(]

yes sounds more like fuel starving, when stalls try and leisten to the fuel buzz ,when ignition switch on sometimes it can be heard very faint buzz,if cant hear any sound or can hear just once like a seconds buzz ,then its your fuel pump relay, its located behind the battery, it looks like a logo block its in black, thats is faulty, before buying the relay try and bridge PIN 30 to 87,to see if it starts, this is after it stalls ,for bridging prosigers pull relay out and u ll find the numbers on the relay pins ,,,let me no how u get on............
