300d dash lights went out and will not start
 

Greeting to all, I am new here and hope i am posting correctly.
Tonight, I was removing my dash instruments to replace a bulb and heard something short out when replacing it, since then I lost all dash lights, intrament lights, power window button light sand power windows do not work, and most important car does not start, well actually it starts and dies shortly after. All fuses by firewall are good, is their some relay I should be looking for. Feels like it effected the vacuum system as the car dies and now window don't work.
