I own a '98 E320 MB and love the car; I plan to keep it. However, my all-time "dream"has beento own a reasonably nice 123 body Benz, diesel or gas. I have a chance to buy a '77 280E in great condition, but don't know anything about the reliabilty of the 2.8 I dual-cam engine. Can someone tell me if this is a really dependable engine? Help!
