Hi .I am from Romania ,and I have an Mercedes car edition 1978.My engine is with vacuum acceleration of injection pump .May be is first type diesel .I'm not sure .</P>


Now my problems is : 1. What is the distance for normal function for clearance valves int/exh ??<IMG src=smileys/smiley3.gif border="0"> 2. How many degrees is necesary for set the injection pump ???<IMG src=smileys/smiley3.gif border="0"></P>


Now I use 0,25 mm (intake) and 0,35 mm (exhaust) , 26 degrees befor OT for injection pump . I'ts right or not ????????</P>


A big ,big , big problem .The engine start slowly ,work , but is smoker (black smoke) and need 20 litri fuel per 100 Km .</P>
