The other day i hit my driver's mirror on the side of my garage (ouch) and it broke off. None of the wires are crossed or touching in the broken assembly.

Now, when I go to start the car nothing happens (the key wont even turn and no lights work etc.) I bought a charger and it says that the battery is fully charged. I also tried jump starting the car with my 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee 5.7L to no avail. Anything else I should try before I have it towed? Any help would be great. Thanks!

 

first try another key if you have one!
I highly doubt that the mirror had any affect on the car starting.
make sure battery is good. does the central locking work with the remote? lights and stuff?

 

Used other remote. Lights do not work. Is it a short?
