Thanks again Mcoyte. I don't know if it matters or not but the factory warranty actually ended back in Feb 2006 although it only has 47,000 miles on it. Apparently the 4 yrs ended before the mileage did. It does have an extended Starmark warranty on in though until March 2008. Do you think it is still worth contacting Mercedes Benz or should I be just trying to purchase another car?
