2002 Mercedes A190 cam chain tensioner noise?

My 2002 A190 has been making the same noise as the one in the video.

I unfortunately don't understand a single word of German so it wasnt much help.

Is it actually the cam chain tensioner or is it a belt? The video didn't really show a after shot to show if it was fixed or not.
