2001 S 430 trunk Lid ?
 

I have a 2001 S430 with a completly dead battery. Does any one know how to get into the truck to access the battery for charging?

I have used the blade key and am able to release the first lock assemble, however the electronic pull down will not release due to the lack of power.

Is there a way to release the truck lid without power?

when my battery died, i put the key in, pushed the botton while the key was in it, in and it opened.

yeah, turn the key and push it in together.
