2000 S500 heat vent problem
 

I just replaced the front heater blower on my 2000 s500, it works but the vents are not opening properly. Where is the vent motor located?? and what could be the issue? I also just replaced the PSE unit (or rear SAM) that was easy. car-part.com has great resources to stuff.
