1991 300 TE 4matic- should I get it?
 

I recently came accross what I think is a great deal on a used mercedes. I have owned several over the years..many with high miles..560sl 200k, 79 240d 200k, 85 300sd 340k, 97 E420 110. I was hoping to get opinions on the 91 300te 4matic. There is one here that I can pick up around KBB trade in...new paint, never wrecked, new mich mxv4's, absolutely zero leaks..no rust that I can see from the pictures... The vehicle shifts very smoothly. The gentleman selling received from his sister's father as a gift but is in need of the $ now. The car has 223k on the clock. What should I normally expect to pay for this car? Should I stay away from the 4matic?
