Good afternoon all, I'm hopeing someone can help me out. I just purchased this car and thought that it had a bad fan. Replaced the fan but now only defrost works, nothing else will make the fan engauge. All fuses are good. I've done a search but only see suggestions for 81 and up. The 80 has the older CCU. Any help is appriciated.

 

Mercedes sells a manual just for this A/C system and I would advise you to get one. The causes for this problem can be many and without the manual it can be very hard to figure out.
