1975 450sl
 

My freind has a 1975 450SL that has had a engine swap. It now has a 84 or 85 6.9L European engine. At least this is what he is told. It has never run well after the engine swap. It detonates and runs extremely rich. Fouls the plugs. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Im new to this forum. Thanks Bob
