190E hot weather stalling
My 1992 190E 2.6 has a stalling problem in hot weather. After driving a couple of miles it will sometimes
stall and not restart for 30 minutes. I cannot get the problem to occur if I run it in the driveway no matter how hot I get the engine. I sort of suspect the fuel pump but found out it actually has two fuel pumps so would both have to fail to stall the engine? Or is there another part that might not be in the engine compartment that could cause this? |
