01 2014 WIS ASRA install problems
 

Hello,


I hope that someone can help me. I have bought a copy of 01-2014 WIS ASRA from ebay and it has turned up on 2 DVDs.


This is supposed to be a full install and being on only 2 discs is surprising.


I am also having massive problems with installing it on a Windows 7 64 bit M/C.


It will not run from Autorun, so I could do with some assistance on what to run and in what order. I have tried to add screen dump of the route to the setup file I have used, but they are too large. I have added the IM log file that shows the failure details.


I ran the setup file in the ewa folder as a first step.


I'm sure that it will be a simple reason, but not one that I can see.


It looks like there is a pre installed version, but I have used the "CleanEWAIinstallation" application to delete everything before I start.


Am I missing something, but it looks like I should delete / uninstall something else, but don't know what.


Any help would be appreciated. I've a small leak in the coolant system and need to access the WIS to find the details of how to get at it.

The one I got a couple of years ago gave me fits getting it to run.
Then all of a sudden on a reinstall it ran well (but SLOWWWWW)

I think that I could suffer slow, if only I could get it to run.
