removing paint splatter on 84 300 HELP!!!
 

i have an 84 300d and i believe i have paint splatter on the rear trunk area and on the drivers door.what can i use to remove this and how?will a clay bar do this?i think the clear coat is coming off to or what looks like a clear coat.thanks for your suggestions.
