Measuring Turbo Boost
 

Just purchased one owner 1983 300D. 116,000 miles. Is there a tap on the turbo where a gauge can be connected to measure boost pressure? Car is very slow accelerating. I know it is not a road burner but seems slower than it should. Or does the boost come on at a high rpm?
