Engine Swapping

I recently got a 240D engine from a 1983 model year car, and am planning on putting it in a 1980 240D chassis. The 83 was an automatic, and the 80 has a manual transmission. My question/concern is about the flywheel. Do I have to swap the flywheel the engine came with for the one that was on the 80 engine? If so, what is the proper procedure for swapping and balancing the flywheel to the crankshaft? I was able to find a mark on the 80 flywheel, but not on the 80 crankshaft, and I have yet to take the flywheel off of the 83 engine. Also are there any other parts that I should swap from the 80 engine onto the 83 (such as vacuum pump)?

Thank you in advance for you help,
-Kyle

What do you mean by "match balanced"? Does that entail taking the flywheel(s) into a machine shop?

Also, do you mean the 1st cylinder top dead center of their respective engines, because the manual flywheel's engine is seized up.

Bump.

I would like to continue on this project of mine, and I'm still unsure about what you are telling me to do. Rather than just throwing on the flywheel and hoping for the best, I would like to do the engine swap correctly, so that I may get the most out of my efforts.

Thanks again,
-Kyle
