is this ture that if you dont use the cruse control for a long time (like 2 yrs) it will not operate???

Mine only works during acceleration. It won't decelerate, engage or disengage. I only find it useful when someone is tailgating in the highway and use it to blow some diesel fumes.

 

mine does not work either. did you get a link to a diy troubleshoot?

Thanks for the lead. What's the amp? Looked at the service manual in CD, nothing about cruise control.

Is it in the cruise assembly thing in the engine compartment?
