Transmission band replacement?
In regards to the harsh shift from first to second gear in my 82' 300 TD wagon:
http://www.mercedesshop.com/Wikka/TransVacTune I take for granted the trans would need to be removed from the car, and dismantled? Or can a band be slid out, and a new one installed from the bottom???? (If you're gonna dream - DREAM BIG!) |
