Tune it up: new fuel filters, air filter, valve adjustment, oil change, etc.

I'm having the same problem, came to the forum for input. I have a clear plastic hose for the return fuel line. I'm getting air bubbles, so I know that I've got an air leak somewhere. Tightened up every hose clamp I could get to, found a few loose. Runs better, but still won't rev past approx. 3/4 throttle. Bubbles are now less, but still seeing them. Diesels and air in the fuel don't mix.
