I have an E220 cdi Dec 2001.

I wish to change the exhaust for something that may help the engine breath a little easier.

Also considering performance air filter.

Anyone know of any exhaust options/manufacturers?

Are there any common components shared between engines?

Hope someone can help.

 

What will this do to the sound?

Surely it is going to be noticeable louder?

Know anyone out there who has done this?

I'd love some more info. Tried searching but only found VW and Audi's mentioned.
