OVP relay on 87 300d
 

I am having a problem with my tach and ABS light. Sometimes the tach will work and other times it will not. When the tach does not function, the ABS light will come on also. I am not sure if the ABS is disengaged or not. COuld this be an OVP relay problem? If so how can i test it? thanks.
