Hi,

Sorry this is my first post but after some advise, I am out of luck on the chrysler pages.

I have a 2008 chrysler 300c with the mercedes Benz om642 v6. With the windows up and radio off and anywhere above 30mph I get a ticking/rattling noise coming from the engine when light throttle is applied.

If I listen carefully I can just touch the throttle, so lightly the the revs don't move and the rattle starts, so even the tiniest amount of load starts it.

It's worse when the engine is cold, and tends to be worse when it's cold outside. During the summer time it almost disappears, almost.

I have had all 6 injectors out, tested and cleaned which hasn't helped at all.

Any help or suggestions would be great...
