No Primary Fuel Filter
 
My '83 300d, does not have a primary fuel filter. Can someone please share pictures with me, showing me how to hook one up. I don't know where the hose should start or end, that goes to and from the primary fuel filter. Thank you!

according to this picture the primary fuel filter should be attached to the line coming from the fuel tank and going to the fuel thermostat.
