from the experience ive seen with the diesels at the dealerships...great engines and less problems then the gas engines. ive pretty much never had to do any work on the newer diesels in my 11 years with benz, only diesel leaks and filter and oil changes. the new diesels you have no idea your even a diesel, quick, clean and quiet.
