Multiple Questions Pertaining to 99 E300TD
 

1. Does anybody have a source for cheapish head stretch bolts? The lowest I've seen is $50 plus $40 for shipping.
2. Is there a known good source for replacing the timing chain as well as figuring out how much slack the chain has in it, and all the little parts required to install a new timing chain and accompanying parts?
3. Has anybody done a manual conversion on this drivetrain and if so could I get some starting points or help for sourcing parts?
4. Does anybody know if the 400bhp dieselpumpuk injector pump is a plug and play considering the old pump is controlled electronically whereas the new one would be mechanical? As well does anybody here have experience with these mechanical pumps, any other hiccups in the installments of them?
5. Random kind of odd question; has anybody seen any self made exhaust manifolds for these om606 engines, or any references to a custom made one because I'm aware of how restrictive they are and I plan on adding another turbo to mine to get sequential boost.
