are the sunroof, power antena, interior light, and defrost switches supposed to light up? I've cleaned out al of them and didn't find any bulbs inside. I find it hard to believe that Mercedes wouldn't have put bulbs in these.

 

yes. but you'll find some of them light up with fiber optics from a single bulb located in a holder behind the automatic climate control unit. Take the unit out and see if the bulb popped out of the holder.

 

yeah I think that's what happened. I took out the climate control to resolder it and some of the lights on the spider were detached, does anyone have a diagram or pictures of this?
