Instrument trouble

Brand new to the forum and hope you can help. 1996 e300d and the instrument cluster only works intermittently. Seems to be the speedometer not "finding zero" at start up. Having a devil of a time finding a used replacement for my part number 2105408347. Is there a repair source I should know about?

Hello - I just checked our site and this part appears to be NLA - I would suggest posting a WTB in the classifieds section.
