Hazard Switch Fixed My Blinkers 85 300DT

MB 1985 300D Turbo. The left/right blinker circuit runs through the hazard switch. The plastic case of the hazard switch easily snaps off just by prying the two sides off the two tabs on each side securing the cover. Used a fine sandpaper to burnish the metal contacts inside which had crud on them which caused intermittent operation for both the blinkers and the hazard warning lights.

No such thing as a "DT" or "TDT"

OK, thanks. I've never seen the 300D turbo referred to as 300DT in any Mercedes literature, but the sales guy at Autozone turned the screen around and showed me the model numbers for 1985 which had a 300DT listed and he insisted it was for my turbo, so I thought Autozone knew what they were talking about.
