I want to know what's your mpg on the following car

My 83 300 SD gets about 30 mpg highway cruising.

really because i getting somewhere around 16-10 mpg, see i did a test between my SD and SDL and i relize that the SDL gives better MPG than my SD Kind of werid uh.....

Also i did timed my SDL and SD and here they are:

SD 12 sec 0-60
SDL 14 sec 0-60

Do u think that the adla could be tampered the seal is broken off unevenly.

i know it seems strange, because all of the SD's that i haveare slow also i forgot to menton that it tends to overheat in hot and cold climate too....
