First timer here, I am looking for some help on the following issues please.

1) The transmission will only shift out of 3rd and into 4th after backing off of the pedal, gears 1-3 are smooth.

2) The Drivers side front tire vibrates bad the prevoius owner said that either the ball joint or tie rod end was replaced he failed to recall which onebut the problem still exists. (Tip when the tire is turned all the way to the left the top of the tire leans out.)

3) The high pressure oil line has a hole in it the previous owner kinda fixed it but it still leaks so I need to get that line replaced as soon as possible I assume.

Other than that the Mb runs nice and looks o.k for it's age. Any other suggestions or tips I will be more then happy to listen. If you could let me know the cost of some of the things to fix that would be great.

Probably a vaccum leak, but I have no idea how to fix it and have the same problem.
