My door do'nt latch unless closed very hard.I would like to to remove the striker plates on the pillars held on with 4 screws.These 5 MM allen head screws seem to strip and I ca'nt remove the screw.Does any one know a good way to remove these screws so i can adjust the plate or buy a new rubber insert for it.
