Diesel mechanic in Chicago

Just bought a 1982 240d and live in Chicago. I'm wondering if anyone can recommend a mechanic in Chicago with experience working on diesels of that era. Or even other owners in the area I might chat with from time to time with a question. Thanks.

Hello,
I don't know of any diesel mechanics in the area. I live about 90 miles Northwest of Chicago. I have a 1987 300 SDL and a 1985 Jeep Wagoneer with an OM617.
