I have an opportunity to purchase a 1981 300SD for only $600. Shows 146k, runs decent, shifts good, holds strong pressure on dash gauge, doesn't overheat, etc. Many misc. things don't work, such as A/C, sunroof, two windows, door locks, and a few more items. The interior is leather which is cracked, ripped, dried out, and so on. The body is straight, but in need of paint. Is this a vehicle I could purchase and resell for parts at a profit?
