Default Broken wire: 85 300D Turbo

Hi. While changing my oil, I broke a Yellow tube line/wire which is near the oil filter canister. I don't know what this tube line is. It's a little below the bottom of the oil filter canister and close to the engine block if that helps.

I'd like to know though so that I can order a new one and know what to call it, what it's part of, and what it does. If anyone knows, please let me know. Thanks a lot.

Possibly it's a vacuum. I don't think it's electrical since it's more of a tube than a wire. Sorry if the original description rambled.
