95 OM606.910 primary fuel filter ?

I have not found anything on a search here for the primary fuel filter for my new to me 95 E300d. On line and walk up part stores do not sell this filter. What I am asking about is, other than the spin on fuel filter, is the primary just removed and cleaned or is this an OEM part only. TIA for any responses.

Hey have you checked sites such as eBay to find a primary fuel filter for you E300d?
