Hello I am a new owner of an '85 300 D, turbo. Has 135,000 miles and needs more work on vacuum system. Currently, the engine temp guage is not getting anywhere near 80 degrees C even after running around town/hwy for 30 mins. Reading yesterday was nearer to 60, air temps were low 60 upper 50's. Should I be concerned heading into winter? (TN, mid south here) Replace thermostat?
