Hey all!
New to the forum here, trying to figure out what the issue is w/ my car. Fuse #14 keeps blowing, it'll blow if I accellerate really hard or brake real hard. At that point I loose power brakes and the engine won't shut off. Any ideas? It's parked until I can figure this one out.

Vacuum system controls the car shutdown and power assist on the brakes. Yours is not working. The fuse is probably a different issue.

 

I know vacuum controls that but they're directly related. When the fuse blows I get no power brakes etc etc. As long as the fuse is intact everything works normally so its the same issue.

 

I would look for something like a screw, nut or whatever that dropped intosomewhere and shifts to make a contact at a terminal, etc.. Also a scuffed bare wire.[/align]
