Changing out #1 injector with a spare used one today: when I used my wire hook to pull the old heat shield out from the hole, I pulled up two - count them, 2 different heat shields. Is the bottom one supposed to be/stay in there? What's going on here???
[ The one on the right in top 2 photos was in the bottom of the hole. I didn't realize at first it was there at all - the hole 'looked' to be flat on the bottom. After inadvertantly hooking and removing it, the 'real' bottom of the hole is tapered... How do I approach this? ]
(I've only removed #1 - it was missing @ idle... not sure if they all are like this, or not.)
