Default 81' 300SD Moves at a Snales Pace

Recently I had an accident in my 81' 300SD, nothing major, just needed to fix the oil cooler. Oil got every where so I presure washed the engine bay, in doing so a vacume line that looks like it leads to the tranny came off. Now the car is extremely slugish and has to be floored to go anywhere. On top of that, the petle is very hard to prss down, like the linkage is sticking a little bit.
My thoughts:
- Wastgate not engaging do to no vacume
- Tranny not shifftng correctly due to no vacume
- Throtal linkage needs to be greesed

What are your thoughts on fixing this? Could it be anything else?

Thanks ahead of time
James
