77 300D master cylinder
 

there were 2 different types of master cylinders used on the 77 300's the earlier style has a pressure sensor and the later style does not. i need to change the master cylinder on my 77 that has the earlier pressure sensor style unit.
Can i use the the later style cylinder on my car?
the there is about a $180 cost difference, the earlier style with the sensor being more expensive.
will the newer one fit? if so will the only disadvantage be the loss of the break warning light?
Im unemployed and trying to save as much as possible.
